Warewash Dish machine and three-compartment sink chemicals

Detergent, rinse aid and sanitizer for commercial dish machines (commercial dishwashers), plus sanitizer for the three-compartment sink. High-temperature machines sanitize with a hot final rinse; low-temperature machines sanitize with a chemical sanitizer, so each type runs on different products. We service the dispensers on scheduled visits.

Laundry Chemicals for on-premise laundry (OPL)

Laundry chemicals for hotel, senior living and other commercial laundries. An on-premise laundry (OPL) is one the property runs in-house instead of sending linens out. Ask us what a program for your washers would include.

Common questions

What is the difference between a high-temp and a low-temp dish machine?

A high-temperature machine sanitizes with a very hot final rinse. A low-temperature machine sanitizes with a chemical sanitizer in the final rinse. They use different products, so the chemical program has to match the machine.

How does a three-compartment sink work?

The three compartments are wash, rinse and sanitize, and items then air dry. The sanitizer has to be mixed at the concentration on its label, and items have to stay in it for the contact time on the label. Test strips made for that sanitizer let staff check the concentration. Ask us what your program includes.

Why do glasses and dishes come out spotted or cloudy?

Common causes are hard water, too little rinse aid, scale inside the machine or the wrong water temperature.

What is an OPL laundry?

OPL means on-premise laundry: the hotel or community washes its own linens in-house instead of sending them out.

Where are the safety data sheets?

In the SDS folder on the Resources page.
